Beneficiary Information

Eligibility, asset categories, documentation requirements and what to expect as a beneficiary.

Eligibility

Beneficiary status is determined by the administrator managing the relevant arrangement. The portal does not decide eligibility; it records the outcome of that determination and shows it to you.

Your record carries an eligibility status, which may be pending, under review, eligible or ineligible. If your status is pending or under review, no further action is usually required from you until documentation is requested.

What you will see

  • Your beneficiary reference number and the contact details held for you.
  • Each asset assigned to you, with its category, description and assignment date.
  • Any recorded value, clearly labelled as an estimate or as confirmed.
  • The verification status of each asset record.
  • Documents you have submitted and the reviewer's outcome for each.
  • The status and full history of each disbursement record.

What you will not see

  • Records belonging to any other beneficiary.
  • Internal administrative notes not marked as visible to you.
  • Any bank account balance, wire confirmation or payment reference that has not been independently verified.

Required documentation

The administrator may request additional documentation. The categories below are the standard set.

If requested

Asset categories

Each asset record is assigned to exactly one category. Categories are descriptive groupings for administration; they are not a statement of value.

Cash Allocation

A designated sum of money allocated to a beneficiary.

Investment Holdings

Funds, equities, bonds or managed portfolio interests.

Real Estate

Residential or commercial property interests.

Business Interests

Shares or ownership stakes in an enterprise.

Insurance Benefits

Payable benefits from an insurance arrangement.

Other Approved Assets

Other asset classes approved by the administrator.

Understanding recorded values

Estimates are not confirmed amounts

Where a value appears next to an asset, check the label. An estimate is an administrative working figure and is not an amount available for payment. Only a value marked confirmed, on a verified record, has been checked by an administrator.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your contact details and address accurate in your profile.
  • Respond to documentation requests promptly.
  • Upload clear, legible, complete documents in an accepted format.
  • Never share your portal password or one-time codes with anyone.
  • Report anything on your record that appears incorrect.
