About the Portal

What this portal is, who operates it, and the boundaries of what it does.

Purpose

The Asset Disbursement Beneficiary Portal is an administrative system for managing the disbursement of assigned assets to approved beneficiaries. It gives beneficiaries a single, organised place to review the records held about them, submit required documentation, and follow the progress of their disbursement.

It also gives administrators and authorised disbursement officers the tools to maintain those records accurately, review documentation, record decisions, and keep an auditable history of every change.

Who operates this portal

This portal is operated by Meridian Asset Administration Services. Enquiries, access requests and any concern about the content of your record should be directed to that operator, using the contact details published throughout this site.

What this portal does

  • Holds beneficiary and asset records for administration.
  • Receives and stores supporting documentation privately.
  • Records disbursement status changes with a full history.
  • Provides secure messaging between you and the support team.
  • Enforces role-based access so you see only your own records.

What this portal does not do

  • It is not a bank and holds no bank accounts on your behalf.
  • It does not connect to, or act for, any bank or payment provider.
  • It will never ask for your online banking password, PIN or one-time code.
  • It does not guarantee any payment, amount or completion date.
  • It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank.

Who uses the portal

Two distinct experiences, with strictly separated access.

Beneficiaries

Access only their own beneficiary record, their own asset assignments, their own documents and their own disbursement history. A beneficiary can never see another beneficiary's data, and cannot approve their own record.

  • Review assigned assets
  • Upload required documents
  • Track verified status updates

Administrators and officers

Maintain beneficiary records, assign and verify assets, review documentation, record disbursement decisions and access the audit trail — each according to the permissions attached to their role.

  • Beneficiary and asset administration
  • Document review and requests
  • Disbursement workflow control
About the design

The interface uses a professional financial-services visual language — navy, white, light blue and restrained gold accents. The logo, illustrations and icon set are original artwork created for this portal. No bank's logo, trademark or brand asset is used, and no affiliation with any bank is implied.
